BROWSER ISSUES: If you are having trouble viewing any of our sites due to browser issues please make sure that you have the latest version of (IE) Internet Explorer, Firefox, Netscape or whatever browser you are currently using. You will need to make sure that you are up to date with the current version and that all ActiveX controls and Flash Plugins have been installed which can be found here or by clicking the "install plugin" prompt that will be visible at the top of most browsers when these issues occur..

Some links to pictures, videos or extras may be seen by your browser as popups and my not open or display properly. To avoid this issue, please make sure that all popup blockers are disabled while viewing or that they have been configured to allow popups from any of our websites.

LOGIN/PASSWORD PROBLEMS: If you are having problems logging into the members area, please refer back to the username and password that you where issued when you signed up to our site through our credit card processor. If you do not remember your information or have misplaced that information, you can seek further username/password related issues by clicking here.

VIDEO VIEWING ISSUES: If you are experiencing problems viewing videos found on any of our sites, please make sure that you have the latest version of windows media player which can be found here. If you wish to save and view the videos outside of the members area simply right click, choose "save target as" to save to your PC.
